Surprise surprise. Well, I have things to do, so just as well. But I bet you anything that with delays like this, the schedule the judge gave out earlier ain't gonna happen.

Wednesday, April 24, per Judge Stephens:
- Thursday, April 25, 9:30 Jodi time (12:30 PM EST)...expect it to be for a short while.
- Wednesday May 1st, 9:00 AM Jodi time (noon, EST), staying until they finish (could go well after 5 PM).
- Thursday, May 2nd...final Jury instructions will be read.
- Thursday and Friday, May 2nd and 3rd, Closing arguments.
- Then the case will be submitted to the jury for decision.

Nancy is correct , if she is now telling a different story about the knife, they could confiscate that book and use it against her. They should. I know that would put the trial longer but what fog? Jodi says in that book that they were playing the scene from Pycho in the shower and things got out of hand? Hmmm...no fog, says she has the knife, trouble is the eye reflection shows jodi wearing clothes. I hope they collect it now.
