Oh I know that that's what he said but I thought they were going to show pictures that proved she really did have blonde hair.

The car rental guy said she had blonde hair. So she dyed it after she picked up the car.

Lets see if I can clear it up, Redding is only 90 for her each way to pick up the car on the 3rd, car guy said she was blonde. After she picked up the car she drove back the opposite route, ( the one I take to go to Monterey ) so it would have been a little longer drive to Salinas coming back. She went and had her hair dyed from the blonde to brown on that same day. She used the helio phone that she said she lost and took a picture of herself and now she has brown hair.

Yes I know, that's what I said. I just don't understand what the big deal of showing her with brown hair since they've already shown her with brown hair from the pictures the day he died. For me it would be a much bigger deal to show that she had blonde hair on June 2nd than brown hair on June 3rd.

Im thinking it's because the DT said that she had blonde highlights in her hair the day she killed TA, but the pictures JM presented clearly showed that her hair was totally brown ...

This is the train of thought I had, too. That's why I was confused about the whole thing.

Oh how I wish they had found the gun....doesn't seem that anything came of that, unless I missed it

She's such a narcissist she couldn't resist taking photos of how good she looked with her newly-dyed brown hair ... and that's going to be a big part of her downfall.

Jodi claimed that she had dyed her hair brown back in March or April, IIRC. They showed pictures of her with a dog, and she had definite blond streaks after she claimed she had dyed it back. I remember this from testimony way back, and I remember thinking my DH would have called her hair "blonde" altho Jodi/DT were claiming it was brown. The point being, per the DT, she didn't dye her hair brown after getting the rental car...it was already brown.

We are approx. 279 hours from jury deliberation (Monday morning 9 a.m.) HLN just reported jury will not spend weekend deliberating as that would be expensive overtime unnecessary security deputy pay which AZ doesn't want to pay.

What is the significance of the dyed hair? To show that she was trying to disguise herself, in case anybody tried to identify her prior to June 4th? If the car was rented under her name, they would have known it was her anyway. I must be missing something here.

I think it was found in Jodi's Grandfather's car/truck. I also believe it was the phone with the blackmail sex tape on it.
