Now Wilma is going to elicit some testimony from ALV to sound positive about TA, to cover the fact that ALV has been biased this entire time against him. The jury will see right through this - the questions prove they ain't dumb, and they ain't buying it. Any of it.

HLN just showed a bunch of pictures of JA & TA, it seems like practically all of the pictures are ones taken by one of them with their arm stretched out. There never seems to be any group pictures or ones from a distance that someone else would have had to take. They rarely show any signs of real emotion just smug sort of grins, it's weird looking at them back to back.

It would only come from her attorney's to change. Juan is standing with the death penalty. She had the deal and she refused it.

From what I understand, the deal was life in prison without parole and Juan is the one that chose to move forward with a trial for 1st degree murder with death penalty option. With her self defense theory (if the jury agrees with it) she could get out in 20 years, 5 of which have already been served.
