The judge really should let people know this is her courtroom and she's not going to deal with crap. But we all know that she apparently doesn't mind the mockery of the whole system. Sometimes it doesn't even seem like she's paying attention.

ITA. I keep thinking to myself, "BUY A CLUE! You're the one in charge here, not the DT, not JM ... YOU!" I keep waiting for the camera to pan over to her having a little snooze right there on the bench. "Objection!" "Huh, what? Ummm overruled."

She's not the worst I've seen. The worst was in the Adam Kaufman trial...attractive blonde judge, and a pitbull of a defense attorney who whined, rolled his eyes, and snarked AT HER, not just witnesses, and she'd do a weanie whine back. Ugh. It was so insulting.

Can't wait to see what that is- hopefully we'll find out after lunch. HLN just said that ALV used the words "crime" and "murder" today. Gotta love these defense experts...

Avoidance of Spring Cleaning is exactly why I'm staying active in this conversation!

I love it! Every day cleaning, not so much.

Spring cleaning only works when the windows can be open and fresh air can enter the entire house. Other than a few minutes here and there, windows haven't been open since probably October. Here's hoping it gets nice enough for that soon. With spring cleaning comes spring rearranging of every room. That's my favorite part- seems like a whole new place!

Vinnie Politan is reporting that counsel and ALV are having a closed door hearing. They are allowing ALV to hear the full video tape of JA's Father and Det. Flores.

I am wondering if this has to do with the docket for trial. Meaning Juan is bringing in someone else for rebuttal.

Just back from the oral surgeon's and in my comfy clothes. Already took a dose of antibiotics and pain meds, so I should be ok for a bit. Thanks for the updates, everyone! I missed all of the early testimony, but am settled in for the afternoon.

It would be nice if they could take care of some of this stuff after court adjourns @ 4:30...them maybe they could be ready for the next day and avoid some of these delays...

Oh thats what Jodi wanted to be present for.
At the end of testimony Willie told the judge Ms. Arias would like to be present.
Yikes her poor dad, after she hears him it will not be good for his life if she gets close to him

They were showing a clip of Jodi's Father saying she was strange, tht she would be sweet and then call in a rage. I think ALV has already seen this video and is playing dumb. She has already said her father abused her. I think this was a premptive strike in case the video came in to play. She put it out there that he said mean things about Jodi that were unwarranted as she was growing up, so why should we believe what he is saying in the video about her? IMO
