So I am watching all the UNEDITED police tapes now with JA and Flores.

I am watching #4.

JA is talking to Flores about her camera as vs Travis' camera and she has her arms all extended out on the table and now she is drawing a pic of her memory stik and my point is that HER HAND DOES NOT AT ALL look like that finger is the least bit broken. The one finger she said Travis broke in a rage.

It is around from 10 minutes to 15 minutes.

LIAR.

Also on tape #3 JA is pleading with Flores that she did not do this to Travis because (as JA says) "WHY WHY WHY would I do that?" Its so obvious to me that this is not anything about PTSD or Battered Woman …. JA is one jealous scorned person.

Keep watching, it gets better. Wait until they give her a pad and a sandwich to write TA's family a letter, after she knows they know she has been arrested. She's left handed. She writes very slowly and wierd with her right hand. Just keep watching my friend...

By way of something she said on the news it was all due to a joke, and if it is what they say it is, I really don't know how it could really hurt someone. But I guess only time will tell if she wants something or not.

They alluded to the fact that after Samuels made the comment about making $300/hour, Juror 5 said for $300/hour, you think they could get us better chairs to sit in. This was the day we all heard a juror laugh as they were leaving the jury box. To me, it seems kinda crazy for asking someone removed but then again, I think the DT was scared of all her note taking.

Sorry, I keep posting stuff but I am sitting here with two kids that are puking. My nephew is here and I am waiting on him to start any minute. I need the computer to keep my sanity. My husband hightailed it out of here to "run errands" that I hadn't heard about until they started puking. I bet ALV would consider that abuse. Anyways, on Twitter, this was posted of Matt McCartney. Notice on the second picture, he lists his occupation as Ninja. Hmmm, maybe Jodi did have some help. But if she did, wouldn't she throw him under the bus. This trial is driving me crazy.

Dang, if that's why she was excused, it seems to be pretty picky, but why wasn't it done sooner?

Here's what I picked up about ALV from a few sites:

Someone took a screen shot of some Travis FB with a post about a coordinated effort to attack ALV at her speaking engagement and sent it to Willmott and that ALV cancelled the engagement, but it's still listed on her site so who knows what the truth is, so much like this trial.

And I still feel like crap with my cold, just a cold, not a blister or a cold sore, a cold.

You know what's funny. Puke doesn't bother me but have a kid drool on me and I want to puke. I work in a Preschool. I can wipe noses, change diapers, clean puke but when I see drool or have it get on me, I freak out.

Oh Reelmom sorry about the kiddos, my grandkids had it last week. It was awful. Hope they are better soon. Hope you don't get it too.

Juror 5 is having a hard time keeping quiet I see. If she wants privacy, she needs to stay home and stop talking to the media.
If the reason was a silly joke, then its true the DT was looking for a reason to get her out of there. Shame on them!!!
