Does anyone wonder if Wilmott and Nurmi were completely honest with ALV? I feel pain for her but I am curious and suspicious, I just wonder, was she just not smart enough to look into the case and ask more questions, or, was she mislead or both?

The defense has created their own train wreck. They are costing the state to pay more money. They need to let it go. They also need to tell Jodi to stop tweeting as this is not helping her any. They have no one to blame but themselves.

Exactly. She admits that she knows Jodi lied about things but then still took JA word/journals as the truth. Had she interviewed friends/acquaintances, she would have been able to determine which (of any) of JA's stories were reliable enough to use in her evaluation of JA and TA's relationship.

I sometimes wonder if she wrote those journals as a cover, after June 4 and before her arrest

I think they are doing both, the have finished the ALV ruling, not she is moving on the the Eye picture ruling.

I was trying to remember if the judge said she needed further evidence before she could rule during the hearing they had earlier. Maybe this is the "further evidence" she needed.

She said ALV would be in at 1:15, I believe. She was also going to look into something that she would determine at this time also regarding I believe the photos.
