Hypothetically speaking, if a defense "expert" witness "mis-speaks" about so many key details in her testimony and/or shows an obvious bias for a self-admitted liar, should she be required to repay her hefty fee that otherwise would be footed by the taxpayers of Arizona? Answer "yes" or "no".
