Lol, I understand I did have to think about the last time somebody asked me in person, I will be 28 on June 13 just so you know.

Apparently if she doesn't write it it still happened but if he doesn't write it then it didn't.

The first 3-4 days w ALV on witness stand I thought she was sounding informed and possibly helping the DT. My belief of her competence and honesty has done a clear 180. Once determined she only interviewed JA on no one else. Didn't take notes. Often apologizes for her memory lapses on important topics. Clearly she is prejudiced against men. I now consider her almost an extremist. No doubt she has seen women abused and heard many horror stories from abused women, but to paint all men with such a wide brush. She takes any possible statement against a man and runs to the extreme. I bet her man/husband and she have a tremendous love life.
FYI I never trust anyone that post OLD photos on their website. May it be a dating website, real estate agent. Posting old photos is untruthful

If Willie is going to lead ALV this much, I think she should just get up on the stand and testify herself - that way she could get the answers she wants in half the time.

I agree. OMG, I can't believe how the judge has let this go on the whole time.

Who's to say that Travis and Jodi really did break up when she said? Jodi claimed Travis was cheating on her, but was she only dating him in her mind?

And Violet has testified that Travis basically had no right to be upset about Jodi's text messages to other men because they were broken up, but Jodi had a right to be upset when she was peeping in his window and saw him with another woman because he and Jodi were still bonking each other, even tho they were broken up.

I KNOW!!! That's one of the things that's driving me crazy. And now she says, "Ooops, made a mistake, Jodi didn't say she shot him in the closet." Of course, that would be after the DT met with her, no doubt.

And then, "In the months before Alexander's death, LaViolette says Arias was "pursuing a couple of people she met on LDS linkup and beginning to pull away in a more definitive way by looking to meet other men." She says research shows that one of the most dangerous times in a domestic violence relationship is when the victim starts to pull away." (from HLN)

While she is correct about the research, please let us note that it is TRAVIS who is dead with an astonishing amount of overkill. HE was pulling away, and HE is the one who wound up murdered.

Ughhhhhh.... (and thus I illustrate why she's driving me crazy, and I'm just reading the thread now! )

We love Epcot too! I told my daughter about your love of nerdy girls who love video games, anime and Japan (her dream trip also). She threw her hands up in the air and said "I'm his girl!" We burst into laughter because she is sooo that girl. (Hold on she's only 15) But I told her I'd ask if you'd wait.

Lol! Wow, I don't mind younger girls, but yeah 3 years would be a while to wait till she turned 18. To bad she is not a little older, it really tough to find my type of girl, they are not very common.
