It's true ... Sammy does have feelings, or as he puts "compassion", for JA ... compassion = feelings ... Sammy must have been waiting for the moment he could say "I beg your pardon!" ... and the defense was waiting to jump on it too ... They are soooooo predictable :rolleyes ... They must be all competing for an Academy Award ...

This. JM said something along the lines of "You have feelings for Jodi" and he got pissed and said "I BEG YOUR PARDON!!" (I wasn't watching but imagine he was red faced and practically stood up)

I think Darryl was a convenience to Jodi. He was the older man who was going to take care of her. She may have felt that where they worked, with all the female servers there, he liked her best. But she knew from the beginning he didn't want to remarry. He moved back down to a server position (demoted or by choice??) and then they could date. And then they had financial problems and were about to lose their house. Then she meets Travis...young, apparently successful with a lot of potential FROM THE FIRST NIGHT (going to that EXECUTIVE "ball" or whatever it was), he had lots of friends, and she was the one who going to be with the popular guy in the group. Darryl's days with Jodi were numbered after that, so to speak.

I think Darryl was just a laid back kind of guy caught up with the cute young "blonde" sex kitten.

Most definitely, there's an argument to be made that it is Jodi that got caught up in the PPL get rich quick scam too and after working so hard to get clients even converting to Mormonism when a higher up in that scheme uses you for sex while telling all his friends you're a stalker, ummm, there's gonna be some anger there.

I am not saying that, but we don't know the details of those 4 years, a lot can happen in 4 years and there could be violence there. We don't know enough about those 4 years for you to say there was no violence there. I can say there was for sure either, but you can't say there was not.

Oh hell, my instinctual feelings are both of these individuals were sickos, con artists, liars, etc. BUT there's only one cold blooded premeditated murderer left standing, she's guilty of that.

I did some research on her flight. Medford airport is only 41 miles from her home. It did not have a direct flight to mesa. But she drove 227 miles to Sacramento airport to get a flight to Mesa. The 28 dollars must have been the fee for the parking.

I believe there were fights and arguments, Jodi was walking away from financial issues. They may have not been done in front of his son. She has had so many fights with everyone she has been with.
