Jodi Arias Trial Part 4, starting with redirect of "expert" Dr Samuels, March 19

The rope scenario is a lie, as the Dr. said she told him that it was both hands and feet.

Then remember how Dr. Fog tried to lie for her and said that he may have written down hands and ankles by mistake because he was writing fast ... Because, of course, he doesn't like to use a tape recorder because it can make people feel uneasy  ... And then he wouldn't be able to change his answers later on ;) - Ok, the doc didn't admit to that one, but I did for him :)

:thumbsup2

And I just LOVE how "Dr Fog" repeats everything that Jodi told him as if it's TRUE and he sounds enthralled with her and her "facts".

Time to get away from this for the day and go babysit DGD! :cheer2:

This drives me absolutely cray cray :scared::headache: ... It is so obvious how smitten he is with her - oops, I mean "compassionate" ... He is so sickening :crazy2: ... I really hope that all the jururs see right through him and his charade ... Can't wait until JM gets him on Monday :thumbsup2 ... :)

Enjoy your day with your DGD :)

I had also been wondering how she was tied up on a sleigh bed. :scratchin

It's very obvious the "doctor" was infatuated with JA. I was grossed out by the thought of her and Searcy, but this guy is even slimier if that's possible. :crazy2:

I thought she told JM that she wasn't tied to the bed, but that the rope was wrapped around the back of the headboard. At one point she said it was loose enough to drag on the floor behind the bed and at one point said it taught.

I am confussed...which one is her mother...i know they are twins..

is the darker hair her mother or the twin with the slightly lighter hair her mom.

thanks
amy

She talked so much when she was on the witness stand that she couldn't remember one lie from the next ... And now she has Dr Fog lying for her too ...

The one on the left is her aunt, mother on right.

Morning, everyone! Cold here (50's and windy) today after 74 yesterday.

thanks...i thought the dark haired was her mom...but i thought one day they showed the lighter hair lady and they said that was her mom..

thanks...what they must think..

Was Baez on last night?? Ugh. I haven't watched it yet.Good point. :thumbsup2There are 18 jurors there and not all are asking questions, per observers like Beth Karas. I think it was Jingasuarus who said that about 1/2 were (at least of Jodi). And 6 of the 18 will be alternates. There could be one juror who isn't thinking the same as what it appears we're hearing. Of course, I hope they are, but I'm not going to assume anything about how this case will turn out. Hope it's 1st degree, but who knows. BTDT.:( That would. I don't think the mother and aunt heard it...I think it was another relative, who stood up and said something to the women and called the bailiff over and had the women removed. The woman on Dr Drew was sitting behind the offending women and said it appeared those women were saying things loudly, as if they wanted Jodi's mother and aunt to hear. I don't particularly "like" Jodi's mother and aunt (but they are Jodi's victims too...she's ruined a lot of lives), but beyond that, who acts like that in a courtroom anyway, but esp a high profile one with cameras and reporters?

Remember during the CA trial when one woman screamed something and ran out of the courtroom, and was hauled back in? And the young guy who gave the finger to the camera in the courtroom? And how Judge Perry hauled them both in front of him and questioned them, jailed them, and fined them? :cheer2: I certainly don't think something like this, or what those women did, could lead to a mistrial (**** happens, and we'd be doing trials over and over again), but I do think those women should be held responsible. Judge Perry would have had a field day with them. God, I miss him. I absolutely agree about the scissors! When given a choice, who chooses a knife instead to cut rope? And this wasn't thick rope...this was soft comfy rope. ::yes:: According to JM's questioning, and I think Jodi agreed, the rope would have been loose behind the bed, coming around the sides, and tied around her wrists. But yeah, no mention of ankles before this. If her ankles were tied too, did she really have that much presence of mind "in the fog" to think about, find, and bring BOTH pieces of rope with her? And for two kinky people taking pictures, wouldn't a picture of Jodi tied to the bed be particular "special"? And there are none.

It seems some of the questions they are asking are some what sarcastic. Like the one about the hair cut. The ones who may not be, they may have already got the point about Jodi and the Dr. and just want the trial to move along. I just don't want to think these jurors are like theones from CA trial. They seem pretty smart.

I might have misunderstood about who heard this woman, but either way it was wrong. She is still her mom and she will love her daughter no matter what. Judge Perry would have jailed her. This judge puts up with to nonsense in the court room. I really miss him.

Morning, Remus! :wave2: I'll take your 50's - it's in the low 30's here. :cold:

And I'll take your 30s, we are up to 13!!! Heat wave!

Meeting friends for lunch, left class early and I'm here, they aren't and aren't answering their phones. so irritating!!!

You know looking at Jodi's mom and aunt , it looks like the aunt is a little taller maybe.

If she was tied up by both , now you need to sets of rope. And the other testimony he said prior was that travis needed to cut them off of her. That's when Jodi mouthed no. It kind of reminded me of the magazine incident she wrote. She may write in that book, " You screwed up, we need to fix this." :rolleyes2

This is just a guess, but you miss judge perry and liked he ran his courtroom? :rotfl:

I do miss him! He is an awesome judge. I vote for any trial we watch , he be the judge....:rotfl2:

I'll second that motion! :thumbsup2 I do miss the way he ran his courtroom. I think this judge is putting up with way too much stuff, too many sidebars, too many approaches, too much of everything. :crazy2:

Oh no, I don't want y'alls temps. We could still have one of those cold snaps and get down to the 30's at night, I hate when our weather has these fluctuations, does a number on my back and other joints.

Waiting to see what this guy gets sentenced to today: Lomita chef David Viens convicted of second-degree murder for killing wife, cooking her remains

Oh, have a nice lunch, Pebbles. :rotfl:

LOL, sorry Pebbles, it really didn't come to me until after I was posting the link. :flower3:

Ewww! Does that really say "cooking her remains"? :scared: That's one link I won't be clicking on! :crazy2:
