I heard a couple of lawyers on HLN say earlier they feel JM has already gotten what he needs from Sammi but with his ongoing questions JM is giving Sammi the time and floor to explain himself better...helping the defense and making Sammi look just a little more qualified. Ithink I am starting to agree .
The jury clearly knows it would be easy for Sammi or anyone to casually label JA w PTSD. The jurors are probably growing tired/resentful of JM asking a lot of the same questions. It sort of belittles the jurors as JM just wants to ensure he made his point and they didnt miss it.

Oh hell, my instinctual feelings are both of these individuals were sickos, con artists, liars, etc. BUT there's only one cold blooded premeditated murderer left standing, she's guilty of that.

I am not gonna say that Travis was a saint, it does not seem that he was. However having sexual fantasies that you don't like agree with is not a crime (unless you believe Jodi's BS story about him liking little boys and having the phantom kiddy porn).

Heck even if you think he is not a nice person or even a jerk for dumping Jodi (which knowing what we know now she is clearly not someone you want to spend the rest of your life with), anyway you slice it he was not a criminal and IMO he does not deserve to be called a sicko, con artist, and liar in death by a person that never even knew him.

I think he got involved with a obsessive psychopath and when he tried to break away from her she weaseled her way in under the guise of some casual (maybe even Break-up) sex and then killed him for trying to free himself from her.

Someone commented on the day of the murder on WS, the pictures they took there were to different bedspreads, one I think was plain, and the other had small squares. Have any of you noticed a difference? If there is they did not have sex the day of the murder.

He's just thinking that the longer it takes him to read, the more billable hours he incurs ... or maybe if he takes forever to read it, JM will forget the question he was going to ask him about it ...

?? I think they had washed sheets earlier in the day. But does anyone really think they didn't have sex that day? With the time stamps and all? And, I'm guessing, no other pictures between them that might suggest there were other events in between them?

Would love to see a break down of this whole trial. Where are all those people who count how many times the president gets applause and all that during a speech? Don't they need the work?
