I don't think she should be there. All a juror has to do is give the slightest appearance of looking at her, and there will be trouble with Nurmi. Why does she have to be there? I think it's very suspect. She's certainly been in the courtroom...she knows what everything and everyone looks like. She should stay home and watch like we do. If I were the judge, I wouldn't take the chance of having her in there.

Vinnie said the Judges assistant is the one who walked her into the gallery and sat her in that spot.

So I am sure they made sure this was OK to do beforehand.

I think this judge is taking Advil regularly to survive this hot mess.
