Jodi Arias Trial Part 4, starting with redirect of "expert" Dr Samuels, March 19

On the FB page someone mentioned that not all photos were presented the first time by JM and pic 152 was left out probably to be used for redirect... anyone know which pic that is?

It may be the one where he has a shocked look on his face. I could be wrong.

JA and TA did not make love......They had what I term "freaky monkey sex." FMS was what their relationship was based on. I posted this story on the last thread, but here it goes again:

My DH discussed the case with an "expert witness." DH works with a guy who is popular with the ladies and never seems to have a problem getting their attention. Good looking, outgoing, makes good money......Sound familiar? We'll call him the Bachelor.

DH familiarized the Bachelor with the facts of this case. Bachelor then said something along the lines of, "The crazy women are the ones who will have the wild sex. Normal, sane women may have good sex, but not the crazy, wild "freaky monkey sex" the crazies will have. Your brain is telling you to run from the lunatics because they are dangerous, but the totally wild sex keeps drawing you back to them, and you let them close against your better judgment. You cannot resist the freaky monkey sex that your body wants, even while your brain is telling you to get out of there." Bachelor could completely see TA letting a stalkerish JA back in just because of the freaky monkey sex. Too hard to resist.

I rest my FMS case.

What he is saying makes sense.
I agree thats exactly what was in TA's mind.
She knew it too.
He didn't invite her over the night before she killed him, she just showed up and he couldn't say no to what she was offering.

Ok, now we're referring to JA's journal. Doesn't this lady know that Jodi lies? All of TA's supposed expressions in her journal are open to interpretation.

I know I wonder that.

I don't think he saw her as much a stalker as he did an admirer he had conned, that's unfortunate, he just liked to brag he had a stalker. I don't think playing up the stalker aspect works for Travis like others do (they jerked each other back and forth), state the facts, she killed him, prove she premeditated this murder and be done with it. The Defense is trying for 2nd degree, the State should prove 1st degree or it's a loss to the State.

She was the one that had her laptop stolen, I wonder how she can attain all the info she needs.
I'm guessing the DT and JM already have what she had. The big concern with her laptop getting stolen was who else would get their hands on the info.
I've asked why a smart successful guy would agree to have his stalker come have sex with him in the afternoon and then turn his back on her while he's taking a shower? :confused3

Ya think the jury wonders that too?
I don't think Travis saw Jodi as a MURDERER. There are different ways to interpret "stalking". Could be considered more "PITA" behavior. My DD's ex from FIVE years ago was obsessed with her, and occasionally still seems to be...she's amused, I'm concerned. One of DD's friends tweeted that she was at the park with DD and DGD and he showed up, just as they were leaving, so they didn't speak. Would she have spoken to him? Probably. Might he murder her? I certainly hope not. :(
I wonder if Juan is going to use that one picture of Travis in the shower of being surprised?
I don't see that picture as anything other than a "model" picture. They talked about it on HLN that they don't see it as him looking scared/surprised either. :confused3 I can't imagine what JM would think it would show the jury.
I've got them tabbed somewhere, evidence already admitted several weeks ago, I'll get them for you at lunch break.

ETA: Although ths Dwayne Dwyer comparison is some new crapola, haven't heard it before, Exhibit 595.
Thanks, but that's OK. Let me clarify. *I* don't have to see what was in texts/emails. My point was that Violet's interpretation is all *we* (me, jury, etc) have and I don't believe that's good "evidence" IMHO.

Hell, the jury can throw out any evidence they don't see as valid. I'm glad I'm not on that jury coz there will be some that think the sequencing of the killing is important while others think the abuse excuse is important. The only thing that's really important to me is the State accomplish getting this psychopath away from the public.

It's gonna be a real pain in the *** when they have to make a legal decision under their jury instructions. :headache:

Oh you mentioned his BACK?

Looking at the pics the other day (again) … his back looked alllllll scratched to me? Anyone else notice that?
I thought it looked scratched too. :scratchin From sex?? Or was it water running down his back that looked that way? :confused3

YES! Travis was 30, and his choices were good Mormon girls to court before marital sex, or a ready, willing, able, creative, anything goes Jodi. ::yes::

I bet the jury has everything that's countable in that courtroom counted.
Are they showing the "Wahhhhhhhhhhh I want the jury sequestered" part of the trial again?
More Motions.
My stream bounced back to this morning. At first I thought "Ugh, NOW what?!"
Thank you all! :flower3: Where did I get the partial day idea from? I must be making things up in my head again! Damn fog. This testimony is enough to send anyone over the edge. :faint:
Wherever you got it, I got it too. :confused3
