I am having a hard time wanting to have any empathy for her, I see her laughing in the court room and no respect for the victims' family and then the whole ribbon scandal. I remember the CA trial and how Cindy did an about face to help cover for CA.

AZcentral had a logo overwrite on their broadcast today, haven't seen that before so evidently they want credit for their broadcasts, but I just wonder if they'll threaten to prosecute anyone using their broadcast on youtube. This Arias case is probably bigger money than we know.

No, I haven't mentioned it until all the plans were finalized. He just turned 18 and it just a cavalier car in a local track. It does happen to be the home track of Denny Hamlin. Ds is absolutely obsessed with cars and working on them. His first race is supposed to be this friday night, but weather is calling for rain. I just hope I can hold my breath for as long as he's on the track without passing out.

There was a previous accusation against Juror #5 made in February...someone called the judge and warned her that Juror #5 was COACHING Jodi during her testimony.

In court records, we found a transcript of a phone call made to Judge Sherry Stephen’s division phone at 8:36 a.m. on February 23.

According to the transcript, the caller claims there are reports that the juror needs to be watched.

“The one with multi-colored hair is attempting to coach Arias from the jury box. She shakes her head no, no, no to tell Jodi not to answer a question,” the caller alleged in the message on Stephens' voicemail.

The caller then asks the judge if the alleged actions are permissible and if it should be looked into.

The caller continues on to say that “it’s the woman with pink and blue hair and she’s trying to coach Arias, trying to influence Arias’ answers from the jury…”

This complaint was not mentioned in the motion that was filed by Arias' team on Sunday, but involves the same juror.

We did reach out to Maricopa County Court officials to find out if any action was taken regarding this tip, but did not hear back from them.

But, Stephens' staff members felt it was important enough to enter in records

I don't know. Weird. Unless Travis' family was just having a hard time after having to spend time in the same room as Jodi. I don't know. I wonder if we'll ever find out what transpired.

I don't know about that issue. But if you recall there was a issues that some one said juror shook her head while Jodi was on the stand.

Wait a min, so if she was on JA's side why did the DT file a motion against her? Why was Travis's family so upset, why were JA, Willie and Nurmi so happy?

Unless she had changed her mind since that and now was talking against Arias, that was over a month ago. Also, she could of been coaching JA to say no to questions that would hurt her if she said no, try and feed her a response so that she sees it and just says it. Otherwise you would think the DT would be happy to have her on the jury.

I REALLY want to hear what this woman has to say. She has pink and blue hair, how hard can she be to find?

Maybe, but she would that after JA answered or at least during not before. I am sure another juror could tell the difference between that and trying to tell her to say no to a question, if not we may have one unperceptive jury or at least other juror on our hands, which is not good!

Nancy Grace was on GMA with Dan Abrams, they usually don't see eye to eye. Its pretty funny.

But this morning they both agrees that Violet is not going to help Jodes.
Dan said wait till JM gets her. Yes Dan, we can't wait either.
