So if she did have amnesia she wouldn't have remembered the camera and therefore wouldn't had deleted the photos or put it in the washing machine. Is that where he's going?

Does this doctor realize what JM is doing? I looks to me like he is making Dr. Samuels discredit himself again by saying IF Jodi had amnesia, she wouldn't be able to locate allthe murder weapons, camera, etc.
