Great post and I totally agree. I understand it's hard watching the defense put on their case, especially when we (in general) become so invested in the outcome and it seems so obvious that JA is guilty of a brutal murder. Many times we ignore any opposing information because it doesn't fit with our view of what happened. I personally don't thin JA has a case at all, her best option would have been to cut a deal to murder 1 with life without the possiblity of parole, but alas she wanted a trial which she is entitled to.

With the Casey Anthony case, Baez threw the accusations out there. He didn't even try to present evidence that any of it was true and nobody testified to it being true. It was so slimey

Besides the molestation accusations, look what happened yesterday. Her lawyers put this guy on the stand to testify she had ptsd when then knew she lied on the test. How is that ethical? She completely changed her story from the one the this guy used as the basis for his diagnosis but they just went with it anyways.

I agree, on both the CA and JA trials. The thing that really irks me about the CA case is that, having "won", Baez is setting a precedent for "anything goes".

I wish HLN would quit showing stuff from their show last night. Going to have to mute it and just wait till livestreaming starts.
