Who knows what Jodi interpreted as "harsh" ... anything where she didn't get her way seems fair game to me.

The more I think about it, yes, I think you're right. If something's going to come out in rebuttal, or since the jurors asked about suicide, then Juan could ask about them, so Nurmi could be trying to soften the blow, or put the Nurmi/Jodi spin on it first.

The handwriting looks different. Her handwriting before (in pages still attached in the journal) is very neat and pretty. The pages that showed up look like they were written in a hurry. Not very nice, a bit messy. I'm inclined to think they're manufactured. Unless she is a rainman type person, she can't recall all of these dates.

She had to ask her attorney what day is that? She wrote it and can't read her own writing? Hope the jury caught that.

I just thought of something and noticed it on the screen on HLN.

They're showing these journals she supposedly wrote. The other journal pages ALL had little swirl marks at the tops and bottoms of the page - like in the corners. These pages don't.

I know he said she had different journals, but it's odd to me that every single other page that was admitted into evidence had the swirls and these do not.

Maybe I'm reading too much into this. I'll be glad for a break.
