Jodi Arias Trial Part 3, STILL in redirect of Jodi, Mar 5

She is just crazy (as my husband said after watching a few minutes of her).

I have met crazy before too. I used to work as a volunteer at the County Prerelease Center and I worked with people that committed almost every type of crime (other then those with a handgun as Maryland doesn't let them out early). I met one of the few people I could say was really crazy. He was the guy who jumped the White House Fence way back claiming he was part of some Revolutionary group (I don't even think that was why he was in jail this time either). Even the guys in there with him said he was nuts.

I mean she did not even have the GUTS to add that she threw it in the desert with the gun.

JM HAS TO ADDRESS THIS HOLSTER.

She'll say she got confused, or she don't remember.

JM: Ma'am, lets talk about this holster. You said in recross the gun was in a holster correct?
JA: Yeah, I guess.
JM: You guess? I don't want you to guess, was the gun in a holster?
JA: Which gun?
JM: Which gun are we talking about? Do you have a problem with your memory?
JA: Sometimes.
JM: Ma'am, you told us in recross that after you got Travis' gun off the top shelf, it was in a holster, remember that?
JA: Yes.
JM: So was Travis' gun in a holster?
JA: I don't remember.
JM: You don't remember? Then why did you say when you got the gun and pointed it at Travis, you pulled it out of the holster?
JA: I don't know.
JM: Ma'am, was there a holster yes or no?
JA: Yeah, I guess.
JM: Ma'am, yes or no?
JA: Yes.
JM: Then what happened to the holster?
JA: I don't know, I never saw it again.
JM: Which is what you just told us right?
JA: I don't remember saying that.
JM: Ma'am, one of the jurors questions was "what happened to the holster? Right?
JA: Yes
JM: And you answered "I never saw it again, right?"
JA: Saw what again?

Lather, rinse, repeat.

So I envision Nurmi moonlighting on weekends as a rapper...Can't you picture him with some gold chains around his neck? With those glasses, hair and watches he reminds me of Heavy D :cool1:

sorry...sidebars get boring

I thought her answers were total BS. She filled a can, reinserted the hose in the pump and it automatically cut off and ave her a receipt. Then same thng happened with gas can two and another receipt then she filled her car for the 3rd receipt. I have went to gas station to fill uip my car and lawn mower gas can and I never received more than one receipt. I filled the car then the gas can. Or.....she could have filled one can, then taken hose to can two, then onto the car. I dont think anyone would have reinserted the hose back into the pump for three receipts. I still dont know what any of this proves/disproves but I really think she didnt tell the truth. Anyone have any ideas why she would try for 3 receipts? What am I missing?

Detective Flores and Juan Martinez are huddled together talking and it looks like JM has a smile on his face. I hope the next set of questions are going to be even better.
