How did Travis' anger escalate after you shot him? Jodi - based upon the shot he would have been incapacitated rather quickly, your version just isn't possible.

Every time she goes to answer a question about the death, she ponders...bet ya anything she's reviewing everything in her head. Seeing his face, seeing exactly how she did everything.

And when somebody comes at you, you don't really need to think. Your body has an automatic defense mechanism, much like when you fall, your hands immediately go out to catch you so you don't fall on your face. It's not a conscious thought. She would have immediately moved out of the way.

I love how she has such a hard time admitting that he never forced her to have sex and that she enjoyed it. She hates those yes and no questions.

But she just said she never saw the holster again. It was one of the jurors questions. And during recross she said it was in a holster. So is there or isn't there a holster?

When she did those interviews for CBS and whatever stations, I don't think all the nasty little details of their relationship was common knowledge as it is now so her answer that she was covering for Travis at that time doesn't make sense.
