And I don't give any credence to Jodi's stories about pictures or little boys, but the words and feelings about 12 year old girls came outta Travis mouth, not hers.

ONE REFERENCE, and NO OTHER EVIDENCE. I'm LOL here, except I don't think a sick accusation about someone based on ONE REFERENCE is very funny.

Looking at that one reference, we don't even know what that "It's so hot" refers to...the 12 year old aspect, or the "first orgasm" aspect. It's very Jodi-ish to make the leap from a sex tape, fantasy driven line to pedophilia.

I am not surprised though that the defense headed that way due to the clients that Nurmi usually works with. They took that one comment and ran with it and twisted it into something to benefit Jodi.

Did the victim have a network of family or friends that allowed him access with logical cover for contact with minors? Did the victim have a job that provided cover for contact with minors? Is there any physical or electronic evidence that the victim possessed child sexually abusive material?

I will guarantee you both sides of the legal equation have searched the bushes and shaken the trees for a whiff of anything. Remember, the victim probably didn't know he was about to die and therefore probably did not do a preemptive cover-up of his nasty little kinks.

And her answer was "I've been taught that it was bad to point guns at people we're they're loaded or not. I was hoping once I pointed the gun at him, he would stop."

Well if it was truly TA's gun, and if he was really coming at her, do you really think he would stop coming? He would know its not loaded and keep coming because he wouldn't get hurt by it.

Now this is my opinion, but if he did have a gun and had it loaded; then I would think he would stop dead in his tracks knowing it was loaded. At least I would.

And there was no holster and no ammunition found. So he bought a gun and "a" bullet? I hope when JM gets another shot at her (it's my understanding that both will after the juror questions) that he addresses some of these issues.

I think it was you Mare who made the comment about ammunition for the gun. You are correct, there is no box of ammunition for any guns. That would remind me of a Barney Fife thing one gun and bullet in his pocket. And Jodi did testify that Travis said the gun was not loaded.

It would be fantastic if Juan go act out the whole thing during his rebuttal. That would show a full time lime from start to finish and how this does not line up with the last picture to next one. I think that would be so effective for a jury.

I think Travis had allot of fantasies, and Jodi taught him those type of things. And if Jodi is so embarrassed by their sex life, why in the world would she walk into a store dressed as a school girl to buy KY? That really struck me as odd. So if Travis was afraid for anyone at church would see him buy it, why would Jodi not have the same concern for doing it?

I agree with this 100%. He didn't know he was going to die, and he certainly didn't have time to hide anything. I do believe there would be evidence on his computer, and there obviously was not.

Again, as I've said earlier, I was a victim of child sexual abuse, and I tend to be very suspicious because I know how often this nasty little secret really does happen. I just don't see it here though, and I think it's a shame his family and friends have to be subjected to it. I have no doubt that JA thinks he deserves it because of "what he made her do" and "the situation he has now put her in". Pathetic.

And to even say that she recorded it because he told her to is ridiculous. If he wanted it recorded, he would have done it himself.

We have guns in our house (several in fact). In our case, guns are never kept loaded, but I'll grant that his alleged gun could have been. But he would have had ammunition present if the gun had been loaded. You don't buy just enough to fill the chamber. It's just a little too much of a coincidence that it was loaded, but there was nothing else there.

I just googled, and it said the penalty would be 10 to 25 years for second degree murder. I do think this woman should get the death penalty. I don't know what I would have wanted in their case. As horrific as the crime was, I probably would have wanted first degree too.
