The video of Travis shooting the gun shows him shooting a friend's gun. This friend says he never owned a gun, which is what most, if not all of us here, believe to be true. This same friend said if Travis had owned a gun, he would have been very proud of it and wanted to show it off, which he never did.

I am thinking that friend and the video will come in to the case at some point in time later, but that remains to be seen whether it will be during rebuttal or what.

And wasn't the friends gun a rifle of some nature?

Speaking from experience, DW bought me a new rifle for Christmas couple of years back. You can bet I was anxious to show it off to anyone who was willing to see it. So I can totally relate. Boys and their toys.

Yes, my husband is going out there now to clean the dish off. This is partly why we're in contact with Time Warner right now trying to negotiate a good price.

I need my TV.

Another site is stating the DT gave the questions to PT about 15 minutes late so will be starting soon.

We just got U-VERSE.

After having in past homes, COX, Charter, and TWC, U-Verse is by far the best ever.

We have never had satellite.

Yes, and then the ME report said that the gunshot wound or the cut to the throat would have rendered him incapacitated and the heart wound would not.

I wish it would have stated the way the State wanted it too though. It would have put her straight on death row IMHO. The issue not being clear by the State charging one thing, then the ME stating different takes away from the slam dunk she brought it with her.

I wish the jury question would start soon. I am wondering if during the morning session while they are deciding which questions they will bring in, will we hear all 100? Or just the ones one side is objecting to be heard. It will be interesting to see what we think the answers will be to those questions and if any of the questions is 'the one' that slips her up in some way.

The ME must have testified to that because that's not in his report, but I think his testimony outweighs his report, hell, I guess. The problem with that is some people have their own experiences and know that head wound wouldn't necessarily incapacitate him.

And I now see I'm just in time for the trial. No more phone calls.

Nurmi objected to a question - JM wanted it in - the objection was sustained, so it's out. Apparently it related to her financial situation.

Now they're doing a sidebar. Can Nurmi get through 5 minutes of court without calling one? I don't think so.
