The jurors had more questions this morning, and then it got better now that Juan is back to shredding her lies.

There would still be a record of the return at Walmart. Jodi lied.

She said she didn't get a receipt. Doesn't mean there was no record (or that they didn't OFFER her a receipt). Does she think everyone is stupid?

She looked very relieved to get off the stand.

He also left the jury with the thought of she lied on these things after she swore to tell the truth. They have a long time to think about it before he gets to the rest of her lies.

I think all he has to do is prove a few key lies, and it's a done deal. We and the jury already know how well she can lie...we've seen it on record. If she had nothing to hide, she wouldn't be lying now. Those gas cans are crucial...goes to premeditation and lying. She'll deny deny deny, but I don't think the jury can deny it. But then again, there's that big ol' CA case in FL. Can't get past that.

Amazing how Jodi stood her ground with JM and didn't go into a fog when he was raising his voice at her just now ... Seemed to have no trouble correcting him on what she said in the last few days either ... Guess the fog has lifted ...

And she's showing her "I'm no shrinking violet" side again too.

I believe that if you tell anyone in that profession they have an obligation to turn that kind of thing over to the authorities. As it would be harm to a child. I bet JM has checked on that to.

But it's Travis she's claiming did that, and he's dead.

And did you see she was able to pick up the water cup and take a drink without shaking?? AND she didn't have to sit on her hands, nor were her teeth chattering!

No shaking like a chihuahua. What does that say that I can now spell chihuahua.

What was the statement she made about being convicted or not?? I'm in and out of The Fog today!

Tomorrow I spend the day with my granddaughter. She's a joy and a wonderful change from this BS.

I think the jury was watching very closely when he went to cross examine her. She showed no fear. She stood up to him. And I can not believe she made the statement about being convicted or not. I was like.

I hope the jury was watching ... I know I was at the edge of my seat (loving every minute of JM doing his thing) ... But every time Nurmi objected or the judge called for them to approach, I just wanted to scream ... I think Nurmi was like when she made the statement about being committed or not also ...

I am sorry but I think the judge should have allowed Juan to finish the question about the injury and how they need to have it on record. That is law and a fact.

I don't know about Jodi but I was shaking listening to Mr. Martinez! Wow he is soooooo good!

All of it is my favorite, but I LOVE when he purposely gets something wrong so Jodi will correct him and then he can say,'so you DO remember'. Today is was the date she met with the counselor or whoever to decide to talk about the pedo claims. He said 2011 and she immediately said no it was 2010. She can't help it any more than the lying.

I can't wait to see what part Matt is going to play in this. I think he has become a state's witness and is most definitely going to 'betray' her. Mr Martinez is really poking her with that! I love it!

I'm sorry, I meant to write convicted ...

I wish I could remember the exact dialogue but it was going so fast ... During JA's answer to one of JM's question she said "if I'm convicted or not" ...

I'll try to find the exact testimony and post it if I do ...
