USNUZ, I have been a long time follower of JJ and I think Byrd is a riot. His whole demeanor and nooooooo monkey business on HIS watch.

Like I said before, PTSD for JA, IMHO is a pile of DUNG. OK. This is the same JA that went to Ryan's the day after MURDERING Travis and as I recall, while on the stand JA stated that she and Ryan OVERSLEPT that next morning. OVERSLEPT. Who oversleeps after MURDERING someone???? Those suffering with PTSD do NOT sleep AT ALL. My nephew struggled at NIGHT all.of.the.time. hence med's and tons of them helped him sleep.

Who is Byrd? I don't watch Judge Judy regularly, altho I have seen it in the past. She makes me nuts. I've seen her on The View (she's like besties with Barbara Walters ).

Yeah, Jodi seemed to be doing quite well shortly after the murder. She had BLOOD on her, and a gun, so even if she didn't remember the killing (which I don't believe for a minute), she knew something pretty awful had happened. But slept OK?!

What I want to know is WHERE Jodi cleaned off! She had to be covered in blood afterwards, and I doubt even a whole case of Cosco water would take care of it. Did we ever talk about this...they said on some show that the reason she probably dragged Travis to the shower to clean him off is that she had cut her hand and was trying to clean HER blood off of him so she wouldn't leave DNA. That bloody handprint of hers on the wall had her blood mixed with his.

Yeah.......she is looking haggered, and pale. Looks like she has lost weight too.

They need to order an extra baloney on white for her for lunch.

I don't think it would be confidentiality as he was no longer their counsel. Everything the defense has done, has backfired in their face.

Of the 12 times you met with Jodi how many times did you see her since she is telling her current story?

Reason I would ask is cause he said 12 times over 3 years, but Jodi only changed her story to Self Defense a few months ago, so everything he was told for the most part prior to that was her not even admitting she killed TA, and that makes those visit pretty useless.
