HLN reported JM has a WalMart rep testifying in rebuttal.
Hmmmm good point. What else is odd about the receipt from WalMart is they always draw a line through the item that is returned, or they always do at any WalMart I have been to. Did she not use the receipt to return the gas can? If she didn't use the receipt then she should have gotten a gift card, not cash.
I think the judge has other business on her calendar, but she really shouldn't with a case like this. Now, Judge Perry of the Casey Anthony trial made every effort to get that case done with (altho, that jury was sequestered), working later, and Saturdays as time went on. At the very least, this judge should try to make the most of the time they've got.I don't understand why all the "legalities" aren't handled before 10:00 AM AZ time. I'm fairly certain the judge isn't rolling into her office at 9:45 and I think it's really unfair to the jurors who are VOLUTEERING their time to be there, sacrificing jobs, family, etc. Knowing that this trial would take forever, why are they not working longer hours (other than the feeding of JA issue which to me could be easily resolved with a brown bag lunch & dinner) and working on Fridays & maybe even a Saturday here and there. I would be a little miffed if I were a juror.
I yelled "Nnoooo"...but she didn't hear me.I have audio again ... hang on - the judge is going into chambers. WTH?
If I never hear the word "bodyslam", it will be too soon.![]()
Oh my. I can hardly stand this. She is sooo disrespectful. I hope the jurors see that too.
