I wonder if he is looking at the other walmarts around on her road trip.

There really is no reason for him to go that far. She was adamant in her testimony that she returned it to the same store on the same day, and he knows she didn't. In addition, he's got, it appears, proof that she used that 3rd gas can 3 days later, after the murder. She can deny it all she wants. If she says it was at another Walmart, it just goes to show that she's lying.

Like one of the commentators (maybe Joey Jackson) said about Jodi's uncorroborated statements...how many times is the jury expected to give her the benefit of the doubt that what she's saying is true?

Does anybody know offhand if the receipt JM has for Jodi's purchases at Walmart has her form of payment? She claimed that she received cash and the only way that would happen is if A) She paid cash or B) it was from a debit card. And I do believe even if it is from a debit card, there is typically a period of 24-48 hours that needs to pass before you can get the cash.

The other way to prove that she have returned it would be video tape of her walking into the store with it.

Didn't Martinez lead the jury to believe WalMart had no record of the return? Yes, he did, now let's see him prove it.

Yes, how many times? The only thing that the constant rambling and tall tale telling does is delay the trail further. It doesn't really have anything to do with lying or telling the truth anymore for me.'

Is it possible to start on time for just one day of this trial? No wonder we're on our umpteenth day of Jodi. Add up all the 15-minutes-late here and 20-minutes-late there and we could have cut several days off by now.

Judge Perry (Casey Anthony trial) ran his courtroom SO well. Nothing like this. He'd be starting at 8:59, not 9:00.

I've done that more than once during this trial.

My wife's off this week for Spring break and I just told her I was going to vacuum when the jury goes to lunch, she just laughed.

What else is odd about the receipt from WalMart is they always draw a line through the item that is returned, or they always do at any WalMart I have been to. Did she not use the receipt to return the gas can? If she didn't use the receipt then she should have gotten a gift card, not cash.

Hmmmm, wonder the Motions to Compel are that the defense filed yesterday. And dumb dumb Nurmi, you ALWAYS, hand deliver a hard copy to the Judge. NEVER rely on the clerk's office or the computer system. He's an idiot!
