I immediately switched the station, too. I refuse to watch one second of what they have replaced InSession with.

I think the jury has had enough of Jodi! They don't need to keep hearing her spit out more lies. She admitted to the crime. The only thing needed to decide was she a battered woman if they believe any of it.

HLN says coverage on their station begins at NOON, but the trial itself starts at 12:30. Or is it 12:15.

Not sure which will come first. All Nurmi is going to go over the same garbage and make her go back to being frail. No confrontation against him.

I think Nurmi has to recross before the jury can ask any questions.

You and me both. I was explaining some of the details to my husband the other night after we watched AC360. Even he said he didn't understand why the defense was letting her drone on and on - just giving her more and more rope to hang herself with. My husband thinks if they had any chance of getting battered women's syndrome defense to work, she should never have taken the stand and just let the experts testify as to her actions.

Mare, I am going to guess that JA has LIED to absolutely ever girl in there. Period. That is it. To have all of them standing there with FREE JODI signs and talking all this sweet crap about her & ugh. Obviously they have NO idea what REALLLLLLLLY happened on JUNE 4, 2008. Gawd.

I thought I read somewhere that she closed and locked the door and made sure the dog couldn't get to travis' room. Am I imagining this? Who took care of the dog?

Travis had a neighbor that was taking care of the dog all set up as he was suppose to have been going to Cancun in a day or two. There was a doggy gate that kept Napoleon downstairs. And (not sure about locking) but JA closed up his bedroom. No reason for the neighbor to go up there at all.
