I can't remember what the trial was that got me hooked on Court TV on sirius. It was a long trial and it was the one that aired right before the Phil Spector trial. I wish I could figure it out.

It is sad, but that is part of the job of the defense. Since JA claimed he was controlling and abusive, defense has to try and prove that. Even if it makes him out to be a monster.

Just as JM has to try and prove that JA planned to kill him rather than killed him out of self defense.

I thought that on Nancy Grace she said that JM can re-cross only on the items that her attorney discusses on re-direct.. So I am thinking that he will get another chance to question her and then the jury asks their questions before they move on to the next witness. Here's hoping that is the case, no pun intended.

That is how I thought it worked. One of the reporters on IS said that Arizona doesn't allow recross. I hope that isn't true!
