ABC15 live web cam was just playing the prosecutor's reaction to when she broke down crying. While it was live, the camera was on JA.

It was odd, it kept rewinding...did anyone else see this? It usually just shows the seal. That was odd. They are showing it again now.

Who wants to make a bet that she gets another one of her migraines and doesn't return after lunch? ... That way she has three days to figure out how to change her story again ...

The judge should have directed her to look at the picture as JM had asked her to, not break for lunch! ... JA does not deserve any kind of sympathy or the perception that the judge is being sympathetic to her in anyway ... I think the judge is being too soft ...

I agree. She needs to look at what she did and own it. The only people who I have sympathy for are Travis and his family. There is no reason to stop. We have to go there sometime


Did Nurmi really have an objection that 'she didn't say it was the same, she said it was similar'. .

She started crying right away when she sees the photo, so JM hits her with, "Were you crying when you shot Travis Alexander, ma'am? Were you crying when you stabbed him? Were you crying when you slashed his throat?"

Her answers were, "I don't remember, I don't remember, I don't know."

That's just it. She DID NOT take the picture, the police did. Yet, she had a clear "recollection" of it. Meaning, there is no freaking amnesia. The atty tripped her up. She confused the evidence photo taken by the police with one she might have taken. She missed those numbers and assumed the photo was one of her own.

Ummm....what was the question?


Do you mean Jodi may have taken some other pictures of a dead Travis that we haven't seen. I have not viewed any of the crime scene or autopsy photos, but I have not heard or even dreamed that would be.

I agree. I don't think it's fair to have the judge do that, but quite honestly, she doesn't do much of anything. Maybe that's her big thing...proudly announcing lunch and the end of the day.

Just because Jodi is crying???? She's on trial for murder and they're talking about the MURDER...of course Jodi is going to cry, real or not. So let's give the murderer some time to compose herself, and let's cut off the prosecutor? Ridiculous!

So if JM goes at her hard with the whole 2 minute murder, and it upsets Jodes, is the judge going to call it off earlier today? Seems to be the thing.

Then of course there's always those pesky migraines to delay things.

This is completely off topic...but watching her makes me feel all stab-y. I want to stab the frackin squirrels that won't stay out of the bird feeders! I want to stab my child (not literally) for cleaning her room by shoving everything in her drawers...and under her bed I found where all the snack food has went. GAH! I just tore apart her room and threw away half of her crap and the rest went on her bed. Sigh, 12 1/2 year old girls! I think I need to just take my frustration out on Jodi- hope JM does it for me!

Yeah. She drives me nuts! She asks a question, then when the correspondent is trying to answer, she interrupts and talks over them and they never do get to answer. ARGH!
