Ever see one of Kathy Griffith's specials and she talks I think about Paris Hilton or Lindsay Lohan and how disrespectful they were to law enforcement? She was hilarious, talking about how she saw that prison movie with Linda Blair, and there was no way she'd be talking back to LE. I'm not doing it justice here. I'll look for a video of it later.

I was wondering why JM was spending so much time totaling gas receipts then it occurred to me that she's maybe charged with felony murder also? If she testified to only taking up to $200 and spent that on the trip to Mesa then maybe she still cash from TA.

I know it is hard to hear Juan going on and on. But if he didn't try and grill her and she got off because someone didn't drag the lies out , then people would be upset that he didn't grill her.

I really like it. It gives me a chance to see how much her demeanor keeps changing. Just like today. I love it when Juan brings back her own words and then she has to admit that she is lying. These things are not rehearsed.

Why does my quoting sometimes not work??? Anyone?? It's making me very frustrated.

Anyway...momrek06...the shooting came after the stabbing. The bullet shell was on top of the blood near the sink. Not sure which came last...throat slash or shooting. I think the throat slashing was next because he bled a lot (the blood on the rug?) and then the bullet, because it appears he didn't bleed much at that point, altho I think they can't really tell from the autopsy because of decomposition.

Something like that.

Horseshowmom, I saw that. And altho I think that guy is a lunatic, it's chilling to hear and to even think that a mistrial and eventually a manslaughter conviction is even possible. I bet Casey Anthony is rooting for Jodi to take her place as the most hated woman in America. I wonder if she's watching? What else has she got to do?

I so hope JA just does not sit there and say "I don't know" all day tomorrow. Esp when (for instance) JM says "strawberry drink" and JA corrects him and says "strawberry frappacino".

As far as that friend of JA's, there are 100's of posts on BK's FB page after she posted that with everyone agreeing that JA is absolutely DELUSIONAL.

I so agree. Basically sounds like she thinks all she has to do is get through this one, and she'll get 5 years (which will have been served by then) and be out. That also explains why she acts like she does a lot. She thinks JM is wasting her time.

Yeah, he said he and JA are in complete agreement that there's no way she'll get the death penalty. Are they listening to the same trial that we are???
