I want to know about the reference to the pop rocks is about.

JM is trying to prove JA is a liar. She kept journals that are impeaching her prior testimony. She did not write anything about Travis attacking her and breaking her finger. The journal said between the dates of Jan 20-Jan 24 that "nothing noteworthy to write about" happened. So he is trying to prove she is a liar based on her own private journal. Also on August 26, 2007, she made a journal entry saying something along the lines of," I love TA and I don't know any other way it could be." She wrote that entry either the day before or after she was looking into the window watching Travis with another girl. He was pointing out that she was basically stalking him and that she didn't want to let him go even though she had broken up with him a month earlier.

Yes JM made JA look like both a STALKER and a LIAR!!!

Watching her answer him reminds me of my SIL (who cannot get along with people to save her life.). Pursing her lips, almost a hostile attitude. Very challenging. I can't wait to see if that carries over into the discussion of the murder, or if she remembers to be weepy and distraught...

Thanks. I went back to read my post and though it might have been a little hasty. It is hard watching and typing things. I have also started trying to keep a written account of the journal dates and trying to write as fast as possible what is in them when they show it on the screen. Hard to keep up with since they keep going to sidebar.

I don't think this is such a big win, her not putting the broken finger in her journal could be explained by at that time she didn't want to make public even in a journal that Travis had this dark side. She's already testified to that.

The only win I see so far is that damn finger isn't broke despite her claims it is at various times for various reasons.

I made chili. Browned the burger on the highest setting, drained it, then dumped the spices and cans and it's good to go.
