I so hope JA just does not sit there and say "I don't know" all day tomorrow. Esp when (for instance) JM says "strawberry drink" and JA corrects him and says "strawberry frappacino".

As far as that friend of JA's, there are 100's of posts on BK's FB page after she posted that with everyone agreeing that JA is absolutely DELUSIONAL.

I don't get to hear the trial. Did she really say that??? And the judge is letting her get away with that sort of petty response??? That's ridiculous.

I hope JM goes over every single picture of TRAVIS from the crime scene with JA on the stand.

There is a huge slash in his scalp from the knife and it is deep.

No bathtub , it was the shower. He was mistaken. But the autopsy shows he was stabbed in the back first, then where the huge pool of blood was is the slashing of his throat. The shot had to come last as he was so drained of blood his heart was not pumping, so when she shot him there was no more blood. But the gash behind his ear which is in the scalp was long and deep.

And the photo they say is in the bath tub is a forensics photo of how they found him in the shower, don't know why they're calling it a bathtub.

I just went and looked at the Medical Examiner's report from MARE's first post here. OMG, she sliced and sliced and sliced and slashed and slashed and slashed Travis.

I am thinking that the ME is including every slash and slice that are ALL OVER his body. Right down to his fingers on his hand.

The jury has once again just checked out until Juan brought in the 3rd gas can and the rope. So I think they are looking to Juan to bring out anything new. Other than that they just check out on her. I think they are all ready in sync with the decision. IMHO

Hey everyone. Just got back from the doctor and eating dinner. I've read everything so far - looks like I didn't miss the actual "day" testimony.

I can't believe how delusional JA is, thinking she'll get a manslaughter verdict or a hung jury. Keep dreaming, baby.

Isn't it odd that the defense wants to show the jury how human Jodi is, get them to know her as a person (hence all the talk-talk-talking during the direct), and yet I've only heard Travis on the one tape recording and I feel like I know him better than I know her. I think the prosecution is doing a great job humanizing Travis, and I'll probably cry for him after tomorrow, never having met him, never having known him.

Anyway, just wanted to get that in before I forgot - see you tomorrow.
