I guess Dunn made an apology this morning. And that man disrupted the court got hauled off. Saying his rights were violated.

OMG, too funny! Read these to my DH...he can't believe this is a DEATH PENALTY trial, with all this juvenile stuff going on.

I'm surprised about Beth Karas and that site. I think all the public expressions of admiration for her went to her head. I'm not dishing out money either. I do wish we could find a better resource than random tweets tho...it's going to be a lonnnngggg penalty phase retrial if that's all we have to go on. Eventually the video of the whole trial will be available, but I'd probably only watch if she gets the death penalty. If I get a chance, I'd like to look at her site, but I'm on vacation! It really should be a Jodi-fee zone. But I've got till Monday night I guess.

I'm thinking maybe the local networks and reporters will be the best sources. I wish Twitter had some sort of filter so I wouldn't have to see the crazies while searching #jodiarias. We may have to learn by trial and error.

Why would she suddenly allow opening statements to be broadcast? That's weird. And I seriously doubt the defense would agree.
