Is this true- illuminations at 7? Why isn't it on the calendar? I have it planned for 9 but would love 7- going on November 14th.

this is just for NYE, they do Illuminations twice, oonce at 6pm and then around 11:40pm for New Years

So called again, had to change dates from the 19th to the 20th and asked her about an email. She said they don't send emails for dinning reservations anymore until a couple of days before as a reminder.

On hold for 47 minutes, the Cast Member said we got the last tickets for 12/10...not sure if she was just saying that to make us feel special, but am happy. I am sure Disney will add some more tickets as this is proving to be more popular than they thought.

Apparently she was just saying that to make you feel special because I just got off the phone an hour after you posted this, booked 12/10 and it has shown up in MDE already.

Has anyone booked for 12/3? The cm said it was showing no availability and my TA thinks maybe they haven't loaded everything into the system yet. I'm suspicious we just got bad info.

I booked Nov 14th (after 40min wait time) and it has showed up in MDE even without linking. The CM told me to check in at the Great Movie Ride and that the party would take place indoors/outdoors.

I was in meetings all morning and came out to see "this". I jumped on the phone and booked for November 20. ON hold for about 35 minutes but the CM seemed to know her stuff...which surprised me We weren't going to do a dessert party this year, but I'm a sucker. I cannot wait!

Shifting my Star Wars party hunting obsession to this now...Unfortunately, spent a looong time on hold before finding this thread and learning about the booking only being open until 12/10. It was my assumption based on what show times were listed on Disney's website, but I was holding out hope.

Right now I'm on Team Waiting, lol!! Glad to be in good company, and looking forward to seeing reviews when it gets going!

you should try calling again and you can ask to check for 5:45

I booked about 10 minutes ago....December 10 party of 8. Waites on hold for 20 or so minutes but no issues whatever with booking.

Yes, several of us have booked for 12/3. Make sure they are looking at 5:45, and are looking at the right event!

I just made my reservation & wanted to leave a tip for those who might be having trouble. At first the CM said there was no availability (for 12/8), but then she started over & put my information in the system (name, phone number, etc.) first & then it showed up fine. She was very patient and said sometimes they have to go in a different way to get it to actually show up. Got the reservation for 3 that we wanted.

Just a heads up in case you get told no availability, as well.
