After ages on hold again, we finally got a reservation for December 2nd. Only 90 minutes on hold in total.

I was told it was sold out 12/3 the first try but called again and just booked!

Me too. 1st call on hold 36 minutes told no availability any of my dates. Called again, on hold 47 minutes, got Dec 1 for 3 guests booked with no problem. Can't explain it, but if you are told sold out, call back!

Keep pushing for it. Ask for the new fireworks event and it may help them. I feel for them that this has been released for booking so soon

I read that some are saying CM are checking for the incorrect time in their system. I believe (if memory serves from up thread) that 7:45 is the correct time. Some CM were searching a 5:45 time slot by mistake. If still on the phone, ask the CM to check for other times

I booked Nov 14th (after 40min wait time) and it has showed up in MDE even without linking. The CM told me to check in at the Great Movie Ride and that the party would take place indoors/outdoors.

I think you have those times reversed. 5:45pm is the correct time for the dessert party with the fireworks at 6:45pm.

The CM said "they are going like hot cakes" and the first two tries to call I had the "all circuits are busy" message. Keep trying, all!!1

The CM also said "I have a 5:45 available", so it is possible they are looking by times, even though I asked for the special dining event and she did know what I was talking about. Hang in there, fellow Dis'ers!

no clue but probably around 7pm, to give people with kids to watch something and then go back to their resorts. At Epcot they have regular Illuminations at 6pm and then the NYE Illuminations

Is this true- illuminations at 7? Why isn't it on the calendar? I have it planned for 9 but would love 7- going on November 14th.
