So DD just got off the phone with a CM who was messaging back and forth with someone and she said that Dec 16 and 17 were going to be blacked out as well could this be to do with the new movie coming out. That would be another event to consider.

there's a Star Wars event night (not confirmed outside of the HUB) on Dec. 17th from 8pm to midnight

Crud - I wanted to call back and change my payment method to Gift Card, but the only way to do that is to cancel and re-book. Too risky to do that now...

I had the most rudiest CM would not double check any of my dates. Then hung up on me when I asked for the survey. Now I have nothing booked.

I'm betting you got someone who wasn't looking correctly. Ask them to check again, that you know booking is open. I find it just about impossible to believe it's sold out already. Not when few know about it to begin with, much less know you can call.

I am so excited about this announcement, my husband is holding on the phone now. I told him to record himself saying can I book the Jingle Bell Jingle Bam dessert party please - makes my heart sing

Also, this is why I love Disney. We have all come together to book this on here, people have shared great information. Sounds mushy but it makes me happy that we have such a great community
