I'm booked for 12/3! The phone wait was 30 minutes and the CM was a little slower because she kept misunderstanding everything I said. But she was pleasant and got the job done. She wasn't at all confused when I said Jingle Bell Jingle Bam dessert party.

Okay since some of the dessert party is outside, what are the chances I can use a stroller for the kids to sit in for the dessert portion of the party? I hate to baby wear if I don't need to.

So DD just got off the phone with a CM who was messaging back and forth with someone and she said that Dec 17- 18 were going to be blacked out as well could this be to do with the new movie coming out. That would be another event to consider.

if anyone is a DVC member, I ended up getting right through on the DVC member line. I NEVER call for dining so I forgot there was that option but the person who posted about concierge made me think of it.

There were strollers in the Star Wars party area so I'd say you won't have a problem

Still on hold after getting disconnected. No luck getting through to IPO either. Hoping for the 14th, since we leave the 15th, but if not I guess we will be moving our VIP tour to that day and using the guide to get us reserved viewing.
