What's your favorite veggie burger? Premade or homemade? I've tried making homemade ones, but haven't had much luck.... but I'm open for a new recipe any time! I do try to avoid too much soy, but I really like a few of the Morning Star Farms burgers.... California T'key is my favorite and my men like the Tomato Basil Pizza burger.

I like the black bean burgers from morning star farms. I try to not eat them more than twice a week but it's nice when my husband grills to have something to munch on.

. He bumped it up to 1500-1800, which sounds like SO MUCH. And concerns me a little that, if those are the numbers in order to LOSE weight, how much was I eating before to gain it?!

Easier is all the yummy fresh fruit and veggies. I seem to eat a lot of that during the summer time. Plus if the humidity isn't bad, I'm outside with my son.

I've hit my 10,000/day step goal 6/7 days (but my average over the 7 days is above 10,000) and haven't had a soda all week. I'm happy!
