I am a really picky eater...very picky. Not alot of spices, that kind of thing. My DH REALLY wants to eat at Jiko. I don't know what to get????

I was thinking the chicken but I am not even sure that will sit well with me. Do you think they would, gasp, let me order off the kid's menu? :)

Most likely. Although, I would let your server know that you have food restrictions (no need to elaborate) and Chef Annette will come up with a simply grilled bit of chicken or something along those lines if you like. They are incredibly accomodating there.

on our last trip to jiko i had a wonderful soup followed by the BBQ chicken flatbread. i think i might have also ordered a salad to be served w/ the flatbread. it was not spicey and very enjoyable.

Last March, DD had the filet mignon with cheddar mac 'n cheese, which didn't have strange spices and was very tasty. You might give that a try. BTW, if you order something and don't like it, they are more than happy to replace, or take it off the bill!!:sunny:
