Jewel of Orleans I didn't get prize in ride through?

I just went through the ride through and yet I didn't get a prize. I'm not sure what happened but we were all suppose to get a prize, at least I thought.

you may only win a host prize every 2 hours so if you just finished lily's event and 2 hours have not past then you needed to wait a bit.

I just sent my daughter's character through and she DID get a prize so I hope it's fixed. I just hope when I go back through that I get my prize.

So if I won my host thing at Lily's after it had closed does it need to be two hours from when you won or from last host event?
