For the times I want, it's $297 pp rt from Boston. I don't know if I should wait and see if it goes down or book today.

There is a late afternoon flight that's $257 and a 7:00 am flight that's $277. But the one we want (mid-morning) is $297.

Should I book it or wait and see?

ETA: NOVEMBER FARES ARE UP ON KAYAK, NOT ON JB'S SITE YET. THEY'LL PROBABLY BE ON JB'S SITE TOMORROW. THE SAME THING HAPPENED LAST MONTH (KAYAK HAD THE FARES A DAY EARLY). :)

Yikes!!! How many tickets do you need? If it's only two, I might pay that & just get a credit if the price goes down... If you need more than two, I might wait til Southwest releases their dates & prices & fly from Manchester or Providence... That's what we're doing for our October dates... we need four tickets & I'm hoping I can get them for less than 200 r/t out of Manchester

I'm not sure on your exact dates however I just booked with Delta for next March 9-23 (Fri-Fri) for $1409 CAD for 5 ppl that's $259 USD pp. We leave at 11 am get in at 2:06 and depart Orlando at 11:25 am ge in at 2:12. Both are direct flights.

We do have to drive 10 hours and cross the border...however considering they want $675 to $800 pp from where I live, it definitely is worth the drive!

Hope that helps,
Kim :)

Well, I guess I can't book today either way. The fares are not up on JetBlue's website. However, Kayak has them. I think this means they will be up on JB's site tomorrow. That's what happened with October fares (Kayak had them a day early).

The dates are for Halloween week, so it's half October, half November. :)

I justed checked their website and it only shows up until October - no November booking yet? Am I missing something? Looking at jetblue.com /jetblueairways.com

Did not see message about Kayak before I posted above. Just checked out Kayak and I see JFK to MCO for $217 pp rt. Better than I was expecting to see! Hope this holds up!!

Hmm,,, okay, when JetBlue extended their ticketing through October, over a period of three weeks the pricing went:
$79 (which I missed entirely)
up to $84 (where I decided to wait to see if they went back down)
up to $109
down to $94 (where I purchased)
up to $109
up to $114
currently at $119 (all fares each way, not including some taxes; total today would be $257.10, I paid $207.10 - and am hoping for a sale :))

I am new to Kayak -- when I click on the Jet Blue flights I want on Kayak it brings me to JetBlue to JetBlue Online Booking. Has anyone ever booked their flight this way through Kayak or do you book directly through the airline? (just hate to hit that button to purchase until I am sure!)

OP-I would purchase now. This very thing just happened to us.."the waiting it out game". And we ended up paying $60 more for the 3 of us to fly out in September. Jetblue is really hit or miss for us. We wanted to leave 9/3..checked the prices, waited 2 days..and it went from 79 to 119 to 139..so we had to change travel dates to 9/4 to get the rate at 99 each eay, costing us 60 more from the original dates and times we wanted. DONT WAIT, BUY NOW :hourglass Worst case scenario, you get a credit. :thumbsup2 GODD LUCK

When October was released, my dates (Oct 21 - 29) were $247 and never went back (wish I booked it then). They are now at $347!!!! These are for early morning take off and mid-afternoon return. If I want a later take off, it would be $297.

I say book when they first come out.

When you click on the fare you're interested in, Kayak will direct you to the airline's website. You then book through the airline.

:)

Book asap. You can ask for a credit from JetBlue if the prices come down, although when they are first released is usually when they are the lowest.

Just booked through Side Step/Jet Blue for Nov - 2 tickets from JFK to MCO - total price $434.20 - $217.10/pp round trip. Leaving JFK 8 a.m returning 7 p.m. That is $123 more than we paid last year but with the gas price increase I guess that is not too bad.

I have been checking JetBlue's website every day and I am glad I checked this thread out today! Thanks everyone! :)

Let's see it says our times will be $617pp. NOT!! I'll wait for Southwest out of PVD

I can't believe we have waited months for JetBlue & the prices are absolutely outrageous $617-$677 the week of Thanksgiving & the week after out of BOS. We can fly for 1/2 that on Delta or AA & my sister can fly out of BUF for $250-$300.

Just bought my JB ticket via Kayak. $217 RT from Newark to MCO. Best price I've seem over the past few weeks. Heck of alot cheaper then CO at $397!!!

I wasn't going to play the waiting game since I need to be home early so that I can turn around and head back to EWR for a business trip the next day.

Thank you Jet Blue for making my Friday :teeth: One step closer to Magic time.

??

I checked kayak.com and found RT fares for this week on JetBlue from BOS-MCO for $437.00.

You can get a fare of $350 of less RT the week on Thanksgiving on many other airlines.

Well, in just a few minutes Jetblue airfare went from $347 to $367 (I discovered this by doing Sidestep this morning and trying Kayak.com for the first time)

This is so depressing. :(
