If I'm understanding correctly, JB's change fee is $100 + the applicable difference in fare. My question is about the difference in fare part.
We have round trip tickets booked for April and I'm considering adding a couple of days to the end of the trip. The return flight home on the new day would be about $30 more than the original return flight we booked; however, the overall price of our trip has gone up by much more than that because our outbound flight has gone up quite a bit.
Will they charge me only the difference in fare for the leg I am changing, or will I have to pay the difference between my original round trip fare and the new round trip fare?
I hope the question makes sense, lol. I'm mulling ideas in my head right now but figure today isn't good to call because of the weather issues here in the Northeast.
