JetBlue Boarding Pass Question

Hope this is in the right forum... This May we flew JB and stayed at the GF. On the morning we were leaving we received an envelope on our door with our boarding passes in it. All we needed to do was have bell services bring our luggage to the RAC area and show them our ID's.

My question is when we stay POFQ in Aug. Will we have to check in and get our own boarding passes or will they just "magically" appear as they did at the GF

Thanks for any help with this, May was our first time flying JB. We usually fly SWA. I must say I do enjoy having ME take care of my bags both ways.

We usually stay at SSR or Boardwalk and have never had boarding passes left on our door. We've always gone to RAC desk with our luggage gotten boarding passes at that time. Must be a perk at GF.

We stayed at CBR June 2 through the 9th and used Jet Blue. Yes, our boarding passes were on our door that AM. Now, I did have to call the night before for luggage pick up on our departure day and someone did have to go down with the luggage to "check" it in.

Thank you both for the quick responses. Looks like it was a GF perk, I must say the service there was excellent. We did not call ahead, since our flight wasn't until 4:00pm, so we planned to check in etc. in the AM of departure day.
