Has anyone booked for March, 2017 to Orlando? Flights are expensive. What do you think of two people flying nonstop on Jet Blue for $1100-$1200 round trip from Boston to Orlando? It started off last week at $1100, which I thought was high, but now this week it has gone up another $100. Should I just go ahead and buy, or do you think there might be a chance of the price dropping? Thanks.

For March of 2017, totally wait!
I fly out of Manchester, sometimes Boston. We are going to WDW in Jan 2017 and I have not bought tickets yet. They are still fluctuating SO much! 40-60 days out they say fares are the lowest. SOOO HARD to wait! Such a gamble.
That is a CRAZY price, though.
I just priced out from Boston and Portland on JetBlue and it was $550 for 2 people for our Jan 2017 trip...Portland being a bit cheaper.

Check alternate airports near Boston and alternate airports near Orlando (Tampa, Sanford) and other airlines. Try adjusting your dates by a day or two if you can (not always possible due to work, school, etc). As another poster suggested, try other airlines.

My April flights are $520 RT, Easter week and they went up. I checked alternate airports and it was even more! I said I'd never pay that much but the alternative was driving and driving thru the carolinas, Virginia south of Richmond and Georgia were not a fan favorite of anyone in the car.

The only thing I got going for us is that we stay at my sisters for free. But the beaches and gas cost money.

I am in shock over here also over the prices, from BDL our flights are at $1,560 and that is only for 3 of us, not the 4 we usually fly with for LESS than than! We also cannot drive so I keep watching

I was just looking at the March 2017 Jetblue prices out of Boston and Portland ME as well, and they are really high compared to previous years. I've booked in September before for March, and for our family of 4 have gotten around $1050-$1150, this year it was over $1500. We have driven down from New Brunswick to get the cheaper airfare but looks like now we'll be flying from home. Granted prices from home are still high but with the exchange rate adding about 30% more plus the drive down and hotels and food, it works out to about the same. I know they say if you can wait until 45 days out you can get the best prices but I'm too scared to wait that long. I plan on booking within the next week.

Nope, just watching. I swear everytime they release, they come out high and after a few weeks, they drop. Luckily for me, we are flexible on days.

Same here out of Washington DC. We are flying down to Miami (flying into Ft. Lauderdale) on March 16 and returning on 26th. Fares are ridiculously high. Fares are running around $1100 for 2 people on Jetblue as well as American. Hoping fares fall for me as well.
