Jet Blue out of JFK

I will be flying early out of JFK (7 am) and was wondering what breakfast options are out the airport. Thanks!!!

There is a coffee stand that sells sandwiches, donuts, ice cream along with magazines right outside the security gate. Once you go through the security gate, there are several eateries--I remember even a Japanese restaurant.

However, since we flew JetBlue out of JFK in the afternoon,I don't quite know what kind of foods are served in the morning.
