Jet Blue from Portland for 4 of us.

Feb 26th - March 5th (just abit before March Break)

Westjet and Air Canada from Halifax.........$3800

Yeah, I know for Dec it's crazy like that. Make sure you try Air Tran, Jet Blue...and Trans Air? Also.. here are a couple links for in our area that COULD give you a break...,but I haven't seen any for Dec!

Also! Got to think about parking as well. If it is in Portland there is a HoJo's there that if you spend the night with them, $100 a night, you can park there for free, and they will shuttle you to and from the airport. I looked into the parking at Portland Airport and this is by far a GREAT deal.

I started out looking at flights to San Diego for the March break (from SYR) but when I saw the direct flights to MCO and their prices I got excited, waited til morning to check what DH wanted to do, and by the time I got back to the JB page the direct flights were up so I booked non direct ones (good times though) at the lower rates. We are in under $1500 but flights from Ottawa at this point are running (cheapest!!) $4500 for 4 of us!! So I am happy!!

Don't you need a passport to clear customs ?

Not if you are flying out of the States. You will need some government issued ID-birth certificate and driver's license- to cross. And that same photo ID can be used to fly within the States

Hi Sandra,

I would consider booking these flights since it's a reasonnable price.

Also you can always call back Jetblue to credit in your Jetblue account in money the difference if the price goes lower.

That's what we just did in august when the price decrease.

I just came back from WDW (Burlington to MCO) yesterday with them and they are very nice, on time, and very cheap compare to Montreal airlines.

But we didn't like some of their snacks: Lime and chocolate cookies and blue chips.
