JellyRolls after Illuminations

Quick question.
My wife and I are going to Epcot for the first time this Monday. I have heard a lot of good things about JellyRolls and was thinking about going there after Illuminations.
My question is how long/far of a walk is it from Epcot and how crowded does JellyRolls get after Illuminations.

If your near the International Gateway, you exit there and can either take a boat (to your left) or contue to walk until you get to the bridge, make a left and Jellyrolls is all the way down the Boardwalk.

My guess from the Gateway to Jellyrolls is a 7-10 minute walk. I think it is a very pleasent walk.
