Still working on this 50th birthday trip for January 2011. Thinking of pursuing a 2 BR villa rental at the Beach Club. Have any of you gone through any of the rental websites for such a thing, i.e. ****************? If so, any recs? This would be my first time doing this, and would like to know of your impressions of the process. Thanks! Feel free to PM me if you don't want your thoughts known to the general populace.

I used David's...he's a sponsor on the DVC boards.

Ther process was painless and he answered all my questions both before and after the transaction.

The first time I tried my resort wsn't available and the deposit that is required (to discourage non serious inquiries) was refunded immediately .

Have a 2 BR villa booked at Old Key West for Jan. 9-15 at a GREAT price! If any of you are considering renting points from a DVC member, by all means pursue it. It's worth it!

Now to planning where to eat, what tours, etc.

Suffice it to say I'm 'cited.
