[Q's My Princess]

We are new DVC members and are returning from a cruise on the 6th of January and are now thinking of using our last few points to spend the night at SSR before our flight home on the 7th. What are my chances of getting a two-bedroom for that Saturday night? DVC is closed for the night...so, I thought I'd ask here!

That's marathon weekend, so there may be a problem. That said, availablility often changes so you never really know until you call.

I think your chances would be good...even if you have to Waitlist, and hold a ressie on cash if available. SSR is a huge resort.

wow-I don't know!! Good luck!! we will be at SS then in a two bedroom and when i booked it in July there was good availability. But, that was a while ago so I guess I really am no help at all!! But!! I am waitlisted for two studios anywhere else for that same time so if my other comes through then mine will open up!

Just a couple of weeks ago I tried to book a 1BR at SSR for Christmas week, checking out on 12/31. I had to waitlist, but I was told this week that I got the room. I can't imagine the week you're talking about can be as busy as the last week in December, so I gotta think you'll be fine. Especially since it's a Saturday.
