No one seems to know what is going on. I suspect the entire area was done over again. Maybe the light show from the pond was updated.

WOIOT the best ride ever will be open for my 2nd DL visit!

Is there reliable info about when Small World will go down? I will be visiting in late January and it’s one of my favorites. Not a huge deal since I’ve been several times (no ride being down is a huge deal for me at this point), just a little sad since it’s one of those rides where I prefer the DL version of the WDW version and really look forward to it.

Small World is expected to go down on Monday 1/27.

Small World is going down for an extended refurb until Spring 2005. SW was down from September 16 to Nov. 14 - that was 1/2 of the total refurb time that included the changeover to holiday version. Disneyland announced it after Labor Day.

March? Depends on when? Late March it might be open.

Thanks for the info. I will either be there 1/19-1/20, which means it won't be an issue, or 1/26-1/27, which would mean I'd at least get to ride it the first day I'm there, so this is actually good news, if accurate! I'll make a note in my trip plans so I don't forget.

It is accurate. The Disneyland calendar is up to Jan. 23 and SW is still open.

Based on the permits for the work being done -- late February/early March.

it's a Small World Holiday closes on Sunday 1/12. According to the DL calendar, there are no times available for it on 1/12 and after. Plan accordingly.

Pixie Hallow was open on Friday 12/13. I also saw a line that I assume was the Tinker Belle meet & greet.

It surprised me as I wasn't expecting to be open.

Really good

They have a bunch of fountains working again and it looks like they took all the equipment out for the mini show they used to do at night in that pond so the newly painted blue bottom of the pond looks great
