If anybody is picking up in MCO and dropping off in Port Canaveral. I got these rates. Jan 15-18 MCO/PC 72.00 and Jan 25- 26 PC/MCO 35.00. I used code 5c11m with Dollar.

Remember...a
$19.36 One way from off fee is added MCO-PC.
and a
$35 One way fee is added PC-MCO

While the code saves you 15% with the One way drop off fees your taxes and surcharges are as high as the base rate.

If it wasn't for those darn one way fees there would be some really great rates out there right now!

This is one of the better ones to reserve until you find something better! thanks for posting it!

Are the drop off fees added into the cost. The daily rate was around 13.00/a day.

The price did include the drop off fees. It's still less than the other rental agencies that don't have fees.

. So far I think I have 1 car and 1 SUV reserved from 2 different places $5 difference between the two. I check every day right now.

Still bitter the coupons are blacked out for most every company at MCO during my trip, grrrrrr lol

I check all the time too!
Also check out the few sites that offer some great coupon codes. Mouse Savers and Rental car Mamma.
Alot of the coupon codes on the sites right now only go until the end of the year. They should have some new ones on there soon.

I check them too. I hope once December rolls around the 2014 ones come out. The darn Alamo at MCO will not honor the Visa $30 off one. That seems wrong.

Our last trip was 2 weeks and I got a standard car at Alamo for 225.00. I'm expecting January prices to drop dramatically. January is the slowest travel month of the year. I agree with you it's nice to have something booked at a decent rate....just in case I'm wrong.

Your vacation sounds nice. We have done a few of the land/sea vacations. This will be our first 7 night cruise.

Our last trip was 2 weeks and I got a standard car at Alamo for 225.00. I'm expecting January prices to drop dramatically. January is the slowest travel month of the year. I agree with you it's nice to have something booked at a decent rate....just in case I'm wrong. Your vacation sounds nice. We have done a few of the land/sea vacations. This will be our first 7 night cruise.

Our last trip, June 2013, we got a full size for 8 days for $119 from Alamo .

I'm hoping we can get close to that again.

definitely should book something that you can live with since popular times (holidays and Disney events) and the class of vehicle you need creates demand which doesn't always translate to price drops.

my Orlando travel is typically during the above-referenced times and I generally find my best rates 4 to 1 month out.

I just got an error code that the code is no longer valid for that's location. It was the free day at MCO 1/11/14-1/18/14

The Disney World Marathon is the week of the 11th. That could definitely increase demand and prices for that weekend.
